History:

The Marispuki gets her name from the LIghtning Dancer of Votiuki Island on KlinzhaI, and the Class uses the secondary "F" Prefix for Frigates, as opposed to the more usual "L" Prefix. The Class was one of the short-ranged "War" designs for the General War that didnot have much longevity, which, with the Explosion of Praxis, and the signing of the Khitomer Accords, started being withdrawn and scrapped, starting in 2296, and ending in 2308, with five temporarily diverted to help fight off Andromedans.
