History:
The Acho-Class is named for a Brazilian 21st Century Olympic Champion, and 18 of the Class were built at Argelius at a rate of 3 per year, being the first new built from that system's shipyard, the Class being an Avenger/Miranda without the Rollbar, with an almost totally redesigned Deck 1-3, and three forward torpedo launchers moved to the forward/dorsal side, with the engines being the most powerful for Class XI.
Several Starfleet Ships, including the USS Oini, also noticed increasing Temporal subspace waves that somewhat dislocated Argelius and eight other systems from the rest of the Federation by over twenty years, and worked together to "press" out the waves, with the USS Oini destroyed in the process.
